Jay has been N.A.S.M and N.F.P.T certified for over 10 years and been involved in the personal training industry for 13 years. His greatest strength lies in his ability to bring out the best in his clients, maximizing their potential and guiding them to new strengths and fitness levels they never thought possible. Jay has a true love for fitness and finds his greatest pride in the success of others accomplishing and exceeding their goals.

Darnyl is a W.I.T.S Certified Personal Fitness Trainer who lives his passion! He works to positively enhance the overall fitness level of his clients, while also enhancing their mental approach to both their current and future wellness. He not only trains the key muscle groups as a complete unit, he also trains the most important muscle of them all, the mind.

Shaun is a N.A.S.M. certified personal fitness trainer.  With over 15 years training experience he has gained knowledge in all facets of fitness and nutrition. Shaun believes in working the human body from the inside out. He is also a firefighter and implements that hard-work ethic into his training style. Shaun loves what he does and loves the results that he gets from his clients.

ZAY MARSEILLE:

Zay is a 7 year Certified ISSA trainer! He specializes in weight loss, mass gaining, resistance training, and elderly strength training.He became involved with fitness at the age of 18, after previously being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Adhering to a strict fitness and nutrition driven lifestyle saved his life by helping to control this chronic disease. 

 Adapting to any new fitness habit can be very difficult. Zay's primary goal is to increase awareness of fitness as a lifestyle so that his clients can experience a full body overhaul and create permanent and lasting change.
